New Career Discovery Workshops
Imagine if you could get real clarity, identify your own unique career purpose and have increased confidence.
Often the hardest part is to come up with exactly the right idea about what you want to do with your life, answering those questions “What is my life’s purpose?” or “What do I really want to do with my life?” I have spent the last four years studying those very questions and the past four years developing a powerful and comprehensive self evaluation process to answers them.
This service is the Career Discovery Package, which gives you clarity about your own set of skills, talents and experience to help you identify an exciting purpose and to create a plan for you to achieve the new career you will love.
We’ve adapted our highly successful Career Discovery package to create new Career Discovery workshop options with pricing options for people of all budgets.
We run a 6 hour Career Discovery Workshop group workshop on a weekend covering exploration of career needs using card sort exercises, with several 'back-end' follow up Career Planning options (workshop or one-on-one) as follows: - Career Planning Workshop - using the results of the Career Discovery workshop and career tests to identify and plan your ideal career in a group setting. Suits people who are already self aware and motivated. Budget option (1/3 the cost of the full one-to-one Career Discovery package).
- Career Planning one-to-one - 3 x 1.5 hour Individual Sessions. Same content as the workshop, but providing one-to-one specialised attention to work through individual career plans. For people who are on a budget and still want individual career advice.
- Career Workshop, Workbook & Planning - the most comprehensive workshop option, contains everything in the fully one-on-one Career Discovery package, offered as part workshop, with a home workbook for more thorough career insights and 5 x 1.5 hour individual sessions. Get the works for 2/3 the price of the fully individual Career Discovery Programme.
