Career Discovery Workshops
At Career Coach Consulting we have created the highly effective and comprehensive Career Discovery programme which helps people to understand their career drivers to identify and gain their ideal career. This has worked very successfully for all of the clients who have undertaken it. However we are aware that some other people have not taken up this service, due to either time or money constraints. We understand that career changers need choices and we have often been asked by our potential clients if we can provide a shorter, cheaper, quicker version.
As we are very results focused and committed to producing quality results for our clients, we wanted to find a way to do this without compromising quality results. A key challenge in creating alternative packages has been how to shorten the time and cost, whilst still providing effective results for our clients.
The great news is that, after research and discussions with clients, we have come up with three different Career Discovery packages! We have adapted our previous Career Discovery workshops and taken on feedback from past participants.
These new packages come in a workshop only version as well as workshops with some one-on-one coaching. Numbers in the workshops are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that they are interactive and everyone has some individual attention.
Furthermore these new Career Discovery packages are fully adaptable, which means that you can choose the option which suits you best now and you can choose to add additional one-on-one coaching time later if you realise you would like more personalised attention.
Career Discovery Workshop Options
It’s all about choice and the new Career Discovery options are as follows:
- Career Discovery Workshop Only version - including one full day (6 hour) Career Discovery workshop followed by a later Career Planning Workshop completed over 6 hours as well. This is centred around card sorts enabling participants to work on discovering their career needs in a group workshop setting.
- Career Discovery Workshop Plus - with 4.5 hours of one-on-one career planning. This is still centred around the Career Discovery card sorts, however instead of the group Career Planning Workshops participants can choose 3 x 1.5 hour one-on-one career planning sessions instead.
- Career Discovery Workshop and Workbook – Same complete content as the original Career Discovery Package, including card sorts in the workshop as well as a comprehensive homework book with individual evaluation and coaching sessions to review all of the findings and create the career plan.
- Individual Career Discovery Package – the original comprehensive package with card sorts, homework book and thorough individual evaluation and discussion during 8 – 10 coaching sessions (8 for students – through to 10 for professionals).
