Career Workshops
At Career Coach Consulting we have realised that there is a real need for general career training and guidance across the whole process of career change, job hunting and overall career management. Let’s face it finding a new job, let alone changing careers altogether, is a quite a stressful process and not something that people necessarily receive any training in.
Although there various good books available on job hunting, many people prefer a direct practical approach that can be personalised to their own needs. After all you can't ask a book questions and it won't be able to respond to your own individual situation. However, we can respond to your individual questions, as well as provide you with the knowledge and guidance to change and/or manage your career effectively.
We also realise that one-to-one coaching is not for everyone and many people can benefit from interactive group workshops, which of course are also cheaper than our one-to-one coaching services. So we run a range of group Career Workshops, covering all key aspects of career discovery and the job hunting process, with the same content as our one-on-one services just facilitated in small groups.
These workshops cater to small groups of up to 12 people for Career Discovery (career change) and up to 20 people for Career Transition (job hunting). They are run in up to three hour sessions in the evenings or up to a full day (10am - 5pm) during weekend workshops and can be taken as a set or individually, depending on your requirements and are available for individuals and organisations. There are scheduled workshops available for the general public, aimed at professionals from graduates through to retirees.
The Corporate workshops are available in a tailored format to suit the specific needs of the organisation's employees, particularly in case of redundancy situations and as part of outplacement services.
