Career Discovery Workshops
We have a full day Career Discovery Group Workshop on a weekend which covers exploration of your personal career needs using card sort exercises. Here is what you can experience through the Career Discovery process: - A comprehensive full day workshop with a set of powerful career card sorts and exercises that help you discover what you want and need in your career.
- A thorough self-evaluation process which examines your values, motivators, strengths, weaknesses, transferable skills, passions, interests, personality and work environment.
- A comprehensive workbook complete with reading and exercises including multi-choice, tick box style and others (option 3 only).
- Up to five one-on-one 1.5 hour individual sessions with a trained Career Coach who cares about you and wants you to get the best possible results (option 2 and 3 only).
- A career plan which uses the various self-evaluation components and looks at how to overcome constraints, plan and proactively manage your career.
All of the Career Discovery Workshop options begin with this one day workshop, held approximately every four weeks, with several 'back-end' follow up Career Planning options as follows:
- Career Planning Workshop - using the results of the Career Discovery workshop and career tests to identify and plan your ideal career in a group setting. Suits people who are already self aware and motivated. Budget option (1/3 the cost of the full one-to-one Career Discovery package).
- Career Planning one-to-one - 3 x 1.5 hour Individual Sessions. Same content as the workshop, but providing one-to-one specialised attention to work through individual career plans. For people who are on a budget and still want individual career advice.
- Career Workshop, Workbook & Planning - the most comprehensive workshop option, contains everything in the fully one-on-one Career Discovery package, offered as part workshop, with a home workbook for more thorough career insights and 5 x 1.5 hour individual sessions. Get the works for 2/3 the price of the fully individual Career Discovery Programme.

Option A: Workshop Only with follow up Career Planning workshop date tba - $600 (early bird $500)
Option B: Workshop plus 3 x 1-on-1 sessions - $900 (early bird $800)
Option C: Workshop, Workbook & 5 x 1-on-1 sessions - $1,200 (early bird $1,050)

Places are strictly limited, so be quick! Early birds who pay in full up front 10 days before the workshop date are entitled to approximately 15% discount off the workshop price (rounded for convenience).
