We use the Stephen’s Model ™, which has successfully been used in Australasia for over 25 years, to take you through the steps of self discovery and assessment with specific career resources, including card sorts, exercises, worksheets and career transition books. We look at your personality, values, motivators, interests and skill sets as well as your job history and what you need out of your career and life as a whole, to create an effective work-life balance.

Through one-on-one career sessions, we listen and take time to find out what you really want in your ideal career. We use a range of methods and tools to help you objectively assess your strengths and interests to find the best career fit.

Career Planning & Transition

Career Action Plan

Once you have identified your ideal career, we work to help you determine the best career options for you (there may be more than one - many clients have several careers running concurrently). We work together with you to plan the next steps in your career, based on your goals and existing transferable skills.

We create a comprehensive Career Action Plan strategy, with a step by step approach of how to make the transition into your new career, and identify any training requirements. We also look at any limiting factors that may have held you back in the past and how you can overcome them.
